My steps and overcoming the depression {Work in progress}

Hey guys, today I would like to talk to you about something I find very important, something that a lot of people are struggling with and since I used to be one of them it would be my pleasure to give a few insights on the topic and how I personally handled this phase of my life. How I made my life to tell the completely different story than it would say otherwise and today’s topic is how to manage stress, depression, and life. Because our ultimate goal is to have a happy life right?

Okay so, first things first. To go on this journey with me you have to ask yourself one important question: What is a difference between you as happy little kid, that you once were and you right now a person which is depressed, stressed and overall just unhappy a lot more often than it would have been normal. The person which is totally under control of his negative emotions. Now. I am here to tell you that you are not broken. You are doing just fine, just bear with me. So there is no need to explain how you feel, you know it, I know it, I’ve been there for many years. And I am here to help you now.

Now when I write these lines, I try to adjust myself to what I was feeling back then when I was down. When I felt that way in the past, there were moments in which I would do anything, I mean absolutely anything to find someone who could tell me what should I do to help myself. Just to find someone who would tell me, do this and this and that and you would get better. Well, I didn’t find anyone like that at the time, but that didn’t stop me. I made myself a promise, no matter what I will put myself back on track. And that’s how it all began.

Now. Here I am traveling in time.

I’ll be the guy which we all hope for to find guidance in.

First of all, I want to say I am no a psychologist, I don’t have a degree of any kind which would back my methods up. But I developed them based on my own experience (I believe they are very powerful and functional). Please don’t take anything you read here as undeniable truth, it is a mere stepping stone of knowledge which can be improved or even denied in future. Nonetheless, it will give us much needed pointers to help us develop further in the future. If you can, take it as a good piece of polite advice for your situation to help you handle it more efficiently. Most importantly, if you want to gain most from this blog as it is you are gonna have to adjust your personal frame. We are all different and we like different things. So sometimes, try to see the idea of the thought or its origin or meaning as opposed to just trying to hold to a precise prescription as it would sometimes look like, I am giving to you. I will divide this blog into individual sections, each section will be connected to solving a specific problem. There are many things that need to be referred. Pointing them out one by one will help you to retain overall clarity of your mind.

One thing I want you to understand is that ability to live a happy life is purely and 100% in your control. Only things that are in your way of having it and living it, is you. I will try to help you regain the control over your life back into your hands.
